Our Vision
Work Equality envisions a world where disabled people can define their own futures. Individuals with disabilities should have equal oppotunities to lead successful and dignified lives. Work Equality wants to give individuals with disabilities the chance to achieve the things they want out of life including having the job they long for.
Our Mission
As a registered charity in the UK, the mission of Work Equality is to connect individuals with disabilities with jobs. This will be accomplished by building partnerships with local businesses. We eliminate barriers to finding employment for individuals with disabilities by expanding their job prospects. We believe that by earning a living and contributing to their communities, individuals with disabilities will lead more dignified and independent lives.
Through collaboration with local businesses and individuals with disabilities Work Equality aims to:
- Provide expert advice and training to our clients.
- Connect local businesses and individuals with disabilities.
- Expand job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure that individuals with disabilities have every opportunity to succeed in work.

Individuals with disabilities face many barriers during their pursuit in finding employment. Work Equality is helping individuals with disabilities realize their potential to an independent living standard and more fulfilling lives through employment.
